A two storey brick and tile residence was totally transformed into a 4-bedroom family home that would take advantage of views to the north towards the beach and to the rear over a bush reserve. The open plan Davis Yee Architects design focuses around a central courtyard, which creates a living space with excellent cross ventilation & multiple views.
