A new residence designed by Mark for a local family on a vacant block. The design utilized light weight materials with combinations of colorbond and fibre-cement sheeting with an open hardwood deck. It was important to the client to have a semi-private area for their teenage children which acted as a multifunction study and rumpus room with direct access between the kids’ bedrooms, kitchen and outdoor living area.
