Simple and practical design/layout was the basis of this open-plan weekender on Jervis Bay. Designed to maximize bay and bushland views from living areas. Steel hand rails and cabling were created to minimize the obstruction of the outlook. This design won the Master Builders Excellence in Housing Award – Design and Construct in 2006. Judges comments, “A simple and practical design with excellent building details.”
